Summer school is a CLOSED CAMPUS.  Any student who leaves during the day must check out in the office or they will be marked absent for the day.

From BVSD: Partial assistance is available for a limited number of students.  Information should be available at your home school.  Deadline is May 26th.  You will be contacted by our office by June 1st.

From the City of Boulder: The City of Boulder Youth Opportunities Program offers individual grants of up to $200 to help middle or high school City of Boulder residents to pay for educational opportunities they cannot otherwise afford.   This money comes from a city sales tax.  City of Boulder residents may apply to this fund to help pay for summer school.  Prior to receiving funding, students will be required to do a specific amount of volunteer work.  For more information go to www.yoab.org and read about the Individual Fund, or call 303-441-1911.

Special Education Services/504:  Any student receiving such services is responsible for providing a copy of the IEP/accommodations to their summer school teacher in order for accommodations to be met.  It is recommended that the student and parent briefly meet with the summer school teacher to discuss the necessary accommodations.
