Mustang Cafe'
A contest was held at Monarch K-8 to name the cafeteria. The official name is now the Mustang Cafe´. On Mondays the main entree is pizza from Black Jack Pizza. Middle school only will have a choice of Black Jack Pizza on Fridays too. The only a la carte item in Boulder Valley Schools now is the salad bar. The salad bar is also available as a full lunch in a larger size. Middle School students will always have a choice of two main entrees or the salad bar. Elementary will only have one choice besides the salad bar.
