Student Registration
Before beginning the process, please have the following information available:
- Demographic information for the student, parent/guardians and other household members
- Emergency contacts information, including health care provider contact information
- Educational history for student
- Health information for student
- Special needs information for student
- Immunization records
Age Requirements:
All students new to BVSD enroll online at: http://enroll.bvsd.org/ (To receive confirmation via email that your enrollment application has been received and processed, create an account first and then start the online enrollment process.)
Once you complete online enrollment, please provide the following documentation to the Mesa Office:

Printed PDF pages from the Student Enrollment Online form

Proof of Birth Date (via Birth Certificate or Passport)

Records of updated immunizations

Current proof of residency (water, electricity, heating bill or lease agreement)
(Remember to request that an official, final transcript be mailed directly from any previously-attended school to the Mesa Office.)
If your student has been offered, and you have accepted, a seat through the open enrollment program, continue the enrollment process by completing the Student Enrollment Online form at http://enroll.bvsd.org/.
