Dear Fairview Parents, Faculty, Staff and Friends:

FPO's Card & Certificate Program is here in time for the holiday season and we hope you will participate. We raise funds for Fairview's programs and classroom equipment by selling gift cards and gift certificates to some of your favorite stores and restaurants. The list of retailers is on the order form (please find link to order form below).

These are the same gift cards and gift certificates which you can purchase directly from the retailers. However, when you buy them through FPO, you are helping FPO raise funds for classroom equipment, books, supplies and the teachers' Wish Lists...things that benefit our children while they are at Fairview High School. These cards and certificates can be used at local and national stores and restaurants.

We will be running our holiday campaign until December 2, 2005. You will receive your cards and certificates in time for Thanksgiving and year-end festivities. You may want to purchase them for yourself, your family, for grab bag gifts, and for church, office and holiday parties. Your student may want to purchase cards for themselves and their friends.

The following local merchants are new to this promotion:

• Caffe Sole: http://www.caffesole.com/ Located in the Table Mesa Shopping Center and at Rock Creek, they offer coffee, tea, and baked goods in a warm, inviting and relaxed atmosphere.
• Downtown Boulder: http://www.dbi.org/ These gift certificates can be used to purchase food and items at the many restaurants and retailers in downtown Boulder. See http://www.dbi.org/downloads/giftcerts.pdf for list of participating merchants.

To order, please fill out the order form, attach a check made payable to FPO for the total amount of the cards and certificates, and send the order form and money to:
