Caroline Brandon taught business at Fairview High School for over twenty years. The 1996 Lance (the Fairview yearbook) did a special dedication to Caroline Brandon.

Mrs. Brandon delivered a graduation address in 1991 from which the inscription above was taken. It reads, "I believe one person can make a difference and make things better. The greatest gift is life. Life is so precious. Live it to the fullest every single day. Identify your priorities--baby, go for it!"

The library was dedicated to Caroline Brandon on November 6, 1996 at which time this plaque was presented to the library. It now hangs near the entrance to the library.

The ceremony was attended by many colleagues who taught at Fairview High School with Mrs. Brandon and by her husband and family.
