Registration and Enrollment Information for New Students
Note to Parents
If you have a student new to the Boulder Valley School District, you may enroll him or her by completing the Student Enrollment Online (http://enroll.bvsd.org/). Please contact Patty Miguelez at 720-561-5541 or pattymiguelez@bvsd.org if you have further questions. If your student will be attending Douglass Elementary please complete the required documentation and other forms listed below. |

Required forms and Enrollment for New Students |
Please complete all of the registration forms listed above. In addition, the following forms and actions are due to the school office when you decide your child will attend Douglass Elementary:
- Complete the District Online Enrollment then print and include a copy of the receipt/confirmation page from the end of the enrollment process
- Copy of the student's birth certificate or passport
- Proof of residency
- Request for records
- Health Form (2 pages)
- Current copy of student's immunizations (with signature from Health Care Provider)

Kindergarteners |
Children entering Kindergarten must be 5 years old on or before September 30th of the school year. Kindergarten hours are M-Th from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Friday AM from 8:00 a.m. to 10:45 am and Friday PM from 11:45 am to 2:30 pm.
Douglass Elementary offers a fee-based enrichment program called K-Care. Students are registered in K-Care ONLY upon receipt of all forms above.
The Colorado Department of Education has prepared a helpful brochure called Getting Ready for Kindergarten. |
