Theatre is an extra-curricular activity and is open to all students at Centaurus. Auditions for the fall play are held in September, while auditions for the spring musical are held in January. We are looking for more members! If you have any interest in joining the DTC please contact Ms. Theresa Collins (room 214). You don't have to act! We're always looking for more for crews or set building.
All students interested in acting, make-up, properties, costumes, set building, sound and lighting are encouraged to participate. Involvement in theatre enhances physical and vocal techniques; reading, viewing, and analyzing plays; psychology of stage movement; and costume design.
