Sports Registration
Sports Registration packets will be available in the Athletic Office or by downloading the forms below. Please be sure you are downloading the correct school year packet.
The completed registration packet, registration fee and a current physical must be returned to the Athletic Office before a student is allowed to tryout/practice, per BVSD and CHSAA regulations…NO EXCEPTIONS
