We are pleased to introduce Student Enrollment Online, the online form specifically designed to enroll new students to Boulder Valley School District. Families are now able to begin the enrollment process for their students through the internet, while continuing to maintain close connections with their student’s school as they complete the enrollment process.
Before you begin, please have the following documents/information available:
- Demographic information for your student, parent/guardians and other household members
- Emergency contact information, including:
- At least one emergency contact (other than a parent or guardian)
- Health care provider contact information, if applicable
- Educational history for your student
- Health information for your student
- Special needs information for your student
- Immunization records for your student

After completing the Student Enrollment Online form, you will be instructed to take supporting documentation to your student’s school to complete the enrollment process.
If you don’t have computer and printer access or if you prefer to complete a paper enrollment application, applications are available at all Boulder Valley School District school sites or at the Student Enrollment Center. Please contact the school site or the Student Enrollment Center for further information on documentation needed to complete the enrollment process.
