Spring Sports Registration
If your student desires to participate in spring sports, and did not play a fall or winter sport this year:
Complete the entire athletic packet (which can be found on the BVSD website by typing Athletic Registration Packet in the search field) – don’t forget signatures and dates.
Bring the completed registration packet, payment & current copy of a physical exam to the athletic secretary in the main office.
You'll receive a green slip for admission to the first tryout/practice. You MAY NOT attend without your green slip
If your student desires to participate in spring sports, and played a fall or winter sport this year:
Bring payment to the athletic secretary in the main office. If your physical is expired, please bring in a copy of a current one.
