Student Council Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I become a member of Student Council?
A: A student is elected by applying for the class just like you would any other class, after doing this, Student Council will contact this student and set-up an interview to determine their goals and their motivation. After that, you're in.

Q: What do you guys do?
A: Responsibilities range from making posters to drawing out the blueprints for a next dance. You have to be able to get along well with other people, and listen carefully to other's ideas. Advising the Principal concerning student issues is another big one.

Q: How often does student council meet?
A: Student Council is a regular class and meets during fourth period and has the same hours as would any other fourth period class.
