Welcome to the BVSD Printing and Copying Center where we strive to meet your printing and copying needs. The Printing & Copying Center has been serving Boulder Valley Public Schools and Administration since the late 1960's. Currently, the Printing & Copying Center averages 4.5 million copies a year in support of the schools and adminstration within BVSD.
The Printing & Copying Center is located at 6600 Arapahoe Road in Boulder and may be accessed by entering the west parking lot of Boulder TEC and continuing south towards the greenhouse. Boulder TEC is located just east of the BVSD main adminstration building. The Printing & Copying Center is the first building on the right. Hours of normal school year operations are 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on all dates matching the twelve month district employee calendar. Summer hours are Monday thru Thursday 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Printing & Copying Center has the ability to meet many of your printing and copying needs with various presses, a full copy center, poster maker, and various other printing, binding, and folding equipment. The Printing & Copying Center functions in collaboration with the Graphic Communications Technology Program of Boulder TEC. Students enrolled in this program assist with production of printing and copying jobs and may be available for design assistance.
The Printing & Copying Center staff strive to develop, design and format, and produce your product within your timelines. However, during certain times of the year, production is very heavy. Please communicate your timeline as you place your print shop request and the staff will attempt to meet it. Pricing and Timelines are available for you on the Pricing Guide link below.
