Bill of Rights
- What are your "top ten" laws for your country?
-Drug free zone (unless you have a prescription…)
-Everyone will be provided with housing. (the property value is dependent on credit)
-All citizens get the right to free speech.
-school is optional after receiving a high school diploma.
-everyone will receive free health care.
-we will allow 1,200 immigrants every 18 months including their families
-all fast foods must be regulated
-everyone has a freedom to religion
Government and Laws
Structure
- What type of government does your country have?
Our government is Oligarchy.
- How is power divided in your country?
Only a group of people own and run everything.
Political Parties
- Will your country have political parties? How many?
Yes, but we are the only ones in charge.
Military
- Will you have a military? If so, how will it be used? If not, why not?
Yes, But we will only go into combat when we are attacked or if necessary.
Conflict
- How do you try to make sure people get along in your country?
By setting equal fairness to everyone.
- How do you manage conflict with other countries?
Try to work out our differences and respect other countries.
Expansion
- What is your policy on expanding (growing) your country?
We will not expand our country or take over other countries land, unless we find free or undiscovered land we will take it.
- How do you expand your country in terms of territory?
Everyone owns their own territory and that can’t be taken/changed.
- How do you expand your country in terms of your economy?
We will import, export, and trade with other countries.
Immigration
- How do you deal with people entering and leaving your country
They must have a certified passport, green card, and vaccines. You may not enter our country if you have a spreadable disease or one that can not be controlled.
- Who will you allow to immigrate into you country?
Any one that is coming legally, and is one of the 1,200 coming into our country every 18 months.
-What process will you have to allow people immigrate into your country?
Immigration centers where check-ups and processing will be available. $1,000 will be provided to everyone entering our country for support.
Education
- How do you educate your population?
With free learning environments/ schools.
- How do you make sure people are learning?
With major tests every month.
Civil Rights
- What rights do citizens of your country have?
Rights to do what they think is fair or part of laws, boundaries will be put if laws are violated.
- How do you make sure these rights are protected?
People who disobey privileges will be punished.
Issues
- What problems do you think your new country might face?
Illegal immigrants trying to get into our country, taxes, and disease.
- How do you anticipate solving some of these problems?
Finding cures for diseases, stronge border control, and deporting people who do not pay taxes.
Economic Policies
Taxes
- How will your country raise money for government programs?
By collecting taxes. Income tax-15% Sales tax- 8%
Employment
- What types of jobs will people have in your country? How will you deal with people that lose their jobs?
People will have whatever jobs they want and are educated for. People that loose their jobs will be helped out with finding new jobs as soon as possible.
-How will you deal with the unemployed?
We will help them find jobs as soon as possible.
Poverty
- Do you plan to help people out if they are poor? If so, how?
To help those dealing with poverty we will provide soup kitchens and social welfare (though this will not be a problem because our country will not face poverty.)
Housing
What will you do with your homeless population?
Help them get homes (but this will never be a problem in our country.)
Prices
- Will you attempt to control prices of items like gasoline and houses? If so, why or why
not?
Yes, because although we will be able to house everyone and trade with other countries limits still need to be set.
Nonconformity
- What will you do about people who do not conform (go along with) the rules of your country?
They will be sent to solitary confinement or deported out of our country.
-Will you accept this behavior?
No.
-How will your country handle nonviolent protests?
We will try to make compromises and have people feel respected.
-How will your country handle violent protest and terrorism?
Violent protests will be handled by immediate arrests and terrorism could lead to death penalty or 25 to life.
