Bill of Rights
- What are your "top ten" laws for your country?

  1. Freedom of speech and action (within reason).
  2. Violence only allowed for self defense.
  3. Every weapon needs approval and registration
  4. Animals are to be respected (no hunting, testing, etc.)
  5. Drugs are only to be used for medical purposes.
  6. No military draft and can be deported whenever they feel they want to leave.
  7. Immigrants are welcome.
  8. All children are required to attend school until age 16.
  9. Kids are allowed to begin work at age 15 but it cannot conflict with their school. work/grades
  10.  Schools are required to teach educational but fun lessons.

    Government and Laws
    Structure
    - What type of government does your country have?
    Democracy ~ government by the people.
    - How is power divided in your country?
    Legislative branch proposes laws and then the people vote on the laws.
    Political Parties
    - Will your country have political parties?  How many? What will their opinions be about your countries Issues (see below)? No political parties!!!!!

Military
- Will you have a military? If so, how will it be used? If not, why not?

There will be a military but there won’t be a draft. It will only be used if there is a huge conflict with another country.


Conflict
- How do you manage conflict within your country?

Deep conflict will be handled by court trial and then police and military will get involved if the case is severe enough. Little conflicts will be handled in court.

- How do you try to make sure people get along in your country?

If people are have different opinions we can put them in different parts of the country so that they will get along with other people that have the same ideas.

-How do you manage conflict with other countries?

If another country attacks then we will use the military. If it is not an attack we will have a conference with the country and work out whatever the problem is.



Expansion
- What is your policy on expanding (growing) your country?

The country will not try to expand by taking over other countries. We will stay within our set boundaries because we believe everyone is entitled to their land.
- How do you expand your country in terms of territory?

- How do you expand your country in terms of your economy?

We will trade with other countries and try to make new things to help our economy.

Immigration
- How do you deal with people entering and leaving your country?

There will be a test and process to go through for everyone before they enter the country.

- Who will you allow to immigrate into you country?

All people that pass the test and go through the process.

- What process will you have to allow people immigrate into your country?

There will be classes to make sure you can speak the same language that people speak in our country. You also have to take a test to make sure you will be helpful to the country.

Education
- How do you educate your population?

Everyone is required to go to school until age 16. There will be one school K-12.

- How do you make sure people are learning?

There will be projects that kids have to do instead of tests where they have to demonstrate what they are learning.

Civil Rights
- What rights do citizens of your country have?

Speech and action (within reason)

How do you make sure these rights are protected?

People will be listened to and will be free to do as they please but if it gets out of hand there will be police to stop it.

Issues
- What problems do you think your new country might face?

Diseases, natural resources, terrorism, illegal immigration, etc.
- How do you anticipate solving some of these problems?

Good medical facilities, try to use reusable sources, deportation, only have to pass a test and then they can pass freely back and forth.

What can you do to prevent these problems?

Economic Policies
Taxes

- How will your country raise money for government programs?

There will be taxes at a rate of 10%.
Employment
- What types of jobs will people have in your country? How will you deal with people that lose their jobs? The jobs will be things such as mining, salesperson, truck driving, farming, etc.   When people lose their job, they will get some support from the government but only for a month so that they will find a new job.

- How will you deal with the unemployed? The unemployed will get help from the government for a month but then will be cut off so that they will get a new job.

Poverty
- Do you plan to help people out if they are poor?  If so, how?

There will be plenty of well paying jobs so they can get unemployment for one month and then they will be cut off.

Housing
What will you do with your homeless population?

Everyone will have a home/shelter.
Prices
- Will you attempt to control prices of items like gasoline and houses?  If so, why or why not?   Gas will be highly priced so that  people will not want to buy it/use less.  Houses will be low priced so that everyone has a shelter.


Nonconformity
- What will you do about people who do not conform (go along with) the rules of your country?  They will be put in a certain part of the country or deported.

- Will you accept this behavior?
We will have a trial and see why they broke a rule and then work out what happened and what will happen next.
- How will your country handle nonviolent protests?
Non-violent protests are fine because people have the right to freedom of speech and action.
- How will your country handle violent protest and terrorism?
The police and military will get involved if it gets violent. Terrorists will be deported and tracked so they can’t attack again.
