Republic of paper planes!!! (ROPP)

Bill of Rights
- What are your "top ten" laws for your country?
1) Freedom to be free, independent, and respected for who you are.

2) No paparazzi.

3) No violent crimes against humanity. (such as the Holocaust)

4) No racism.

5) No rape, child abuse or neglection.

6) School is required until10th grade.

7) The right to bare arms

8) No abortion

9) No gangs

10) Everyone has the to the internet (high speed)

 

 


Government and Laws
Structure
- What type of government does your country have?

Democracy= no president, but people get to vote for 4 supreme court justices that decide the hardest cases in the country. The rest of the cases go to state governments. The difference in our government then to the current USA government is the people have the most power.


- How is power divided in your country?

Power is divided in to one house.


Political Parties
- Will your country have political parties? No

 

Military
- Will you have a military? Yes

 If so, how will it be used? To defend our country.


Conflict
- How do you manage conflict within your country? We will put them in timeout.

- How do you try to make sure people get along in your country? We will have nation peace day.

- How do you manage conflict with other countries? We will find a compromise.
Expansion
- What is your policy on expanding (growing) your country? If we need more land we will take it from other people.
- How do you expand your country in terms of territory? We fight for it.

- How do you expand your country in terms of your economy?

Immigration
- How do you deal with people entering and leaving your country? We will let them go and come if they want to.

- Who will you allow to immigrate into you country? Anyone.

- What process will you have to allow people immigrate into your country? Make sure they can pass our test.

Education
- How do you educate your population? School

- How do you make sure people are learning? Have tests

Civil Rights
- What rights do citizens of your country have?

- How do you make sure these rights are protected? By the military

Issues
- What problems do you think your new country might face? Over population, immigration, heath care, unemployment, taxes, money.

Energy Needs - Gas, Oil, Electricity, Drugs, Alcohol, Gangs, Pollution, etc.
- How do you anticipate solving some of these problems?

- What can you do to prevent these problems? Have a big area to start with

Economic Policies
Taxes

- How will your country raise money for government programs? Fundraisers
Employment
- What types of jobs will people have in your country? Everything

 How will you deal with people that lose their jobs? Give them unemployment money for 3 months, in what time they have to find a job.

- How will you deal with the unemployed? Give them a labor job

Poverty
- Do you plan to help people out if they are poor?  If so, how? Give them jobs

Housing
What will you do with your homeless population? A big building with alot of room for the homeless
Prices
- Will you attempt to control prices of items like gasoline and houses?   Yes, if the prices  too high we will have people invent alternative fuels.


Nonconformity
- What will you do about people who do not conform (go along with) the rules of your country? Deport them.

-          Will you accept this behavior? no
- How will your country handle nonviolent protests? We will let them protest
- How will your country handle violent protest and terrorism?  If necessary we will go to war and ask them to stop.
