Dress Code
To maintain a progressive academic environment at Angevine, we follow a dress code, which is detailed in your student's Angevine Bobcat Planner handbook. In general, we encourage our students to dress according to the style that suits them, but encourage them to refrain from wearing:
- Clothing with messages related to alcohol or tobacco
- Clothing with gang-related colors or messages
- Pajama pants
- Hats
- Short shorts
- Short shirts that show the midriff
- Shirts with "spaghetti" straps
- Low tank tops.
If a student's outfit is deemed inappropriate, a staff member will ask the student to cover up the inappropriate attire. If the cover-up doesn't address the clothing problem, Angevine may call the student's parent or guardian to bring another set of clothing to school.
