Update on Casey Air Quality
The Boulder Valley School District continues to improve the air quality at Casey Middle School through monitoring and mitigation. The new Casey Middle School opened in August 2010 after a $33 million remodeling project. Since the school reopened, the district has received reports of intermittent hydrogen sulfide odors in the building. The district is taking these reports seriously and is working closely with air quality and public health experts to ensure a safe, healthy learning environment for students and staff.
