Boulder Valley School District is committed to making school facilities available to the public. The Community School Program administers facility use during non-school hours including weekends and evenings. Interested patrons contact our office to arrange for space in all BVSD schools. Usage fees vary according to the type of group and the space utilized. Space available includes gyms, auditoriums, classrooms, multi-purpose rooms and playing fields.

Important Insurance Note  
NOTE:  All groups must submit proof of liability insurance at the same time the Facility Use request form is submitted. Liability insurance may be obtained as a separate policy or as a rider on homeowners insurance. Boulder Valley Schools must be listed as Additionally Insured on the certificate. If you are part of an organized group, the limits of liability are $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate. If you are an individual, the limits of liability are $500,000 per occurrence, $1,000,000 aggregate. Facilities Use Forms  
The links to your left allow you to fill out a facilities form within your browser window, then print it out and submit it to the Facilities Use Program via mail, fax, or in person. The forms are in the web-standard PDF format. In order to view or print such documents, you must have the free Acrobat Reader loaded on your computer.

Applications now being accepted for building monitors on a part-time, as-needed basis, weekends, and evenings; $10.00/hour. Work at locations throughout Boulder Valley School District including Boulder, Louisville, Lafayette and Broomfield. Must be dependable and security-conscious.
