TO DOWNLOAD A FILE
1) Click the folder name (or the + box) to expand folders.

2) Click on the file you want to download.

3) Click the Save button.  (Do not select “Open," or you will be unable to save changes).

4) Save the file to a convenient location on your computer, such as the Desktop or My Documents.

TO UPLOAD A FILE (SAVE TO SERVER)

1) Choose the server folder to upload to by clicking Upload to this Folder.

2) Click Browse to find and select the file you would like to save to EZ Access, and click Open.

3a) If the file does not exist on the server (for example, you created a new document on your home computer that you would like to save to EZ Access), simply click Upload.

3b) If the file already exists on the server and you would like to replace the old version with a modified version from your home computer, check the “Overwrites existing file” option, and then click Upload.
