Each year students throughout the state of Colorado take standardized assessments (called "CSAP") to determine their proficiency and growth in core curricular areas including math, science, reading and writing.

Overseen by the Colorado Department of Education, the Colorado Student Assessment Program (CSAP) is designed to provide a picture of how students in the state of Colorado are progressing toward meeting academic state standards, and how schools are doing to ensure learning success of all students.
