Scope of Work
 Facility Condition Assessment (FCA):  Planned implementation (FCA):
  • HVAC upgrades including building wide air-conditioning
  • Provide air conditioning for areas of building currently not air conditioned excluding gymnasiums and locker rooms and similar spaces. 
  • Electrical distribution improvements
  • Electrical improvements as required for classrooms and for power to A/C equipment. 
  • Clock and intercom systems improvements
  • Replace clock and intercom systems.
  • Interior finishes upgraded (i.e. ceiling tiles, carpet and wall finishes, etc.)
  • Will upgrade finishes in limited areas, priority to be determined by DAT. 
  • Roof replacement and repairs 
  • Deleted from scope as that area of building will be demolished.
  • Restroom renovations including ADA accessibility where required
