Elementary 2012 YER.pdf Draft for collecting data
Middle School 2012 YER.pdf Draft for collecting data
High School 2012 YER.pdf Draft for collecting data
It is that time of year again. Below are the links for this year's Year-End Reports. These come to you in the form of a survey. These are required from each school and inform the district's required year-end report to CDE. Multi-level schools will need to fill one out for both levels i.e. K-8 schools need to submit an elementary and a middle school survey specific to those grades. Nederland needs to submit one for middle school and one for high school and Peak to Peak will need to fill out all three. We're sorry but CDE requires that the data be broken down into the three levels.
We have clarified some questions and eliminated several others that were asked in previous years as we continue to be mindful of demands on your time. For ethnicities, you will use the state categories on IC that show up on your student lists. This information is not only important in fulfilling our CDE requirements, but also lets us all know how our identification and programming look as a district.
Important: You can not partially complete the survey and return later to finish it. It must be filled out in one sitting. We suggest you print a copy, pencil in the information you need on your hard copy and then sit down to enter the data. Don't forget to hit the SUBMIT button at the end when you are finished.
Please let me know if you have any questions and thank you for your attention to this annual task. These MUST be completed before you leave for the summer. Also, don't forget to go back into your ALPs and mark goals as attained or not attained.
