Under provisions of the IDEIA (Special Education)

Described in this pamphlet (made available via the link below) are student and parent educational rights required under federal and state special education rules and regulations. It is important that you understand your rights as a parent, and your child’s rights, as they relate to special education.

School staff are available to assist you in understanding these rights and are available on request to provide you with any further explanation. If needed, the school will provide an interpreter or translator to help assure that you understand.
